On a Cisco Catalyst switch - can you decipher password from config? - catalyst switch

I inherited a Catalyst 2948 switch and save the configuration with the encrypted password. Is there a way to guess password, why? I know there are tools to do this for Cisco IOS - but can not find one for CatOS. Thank you.
